Factions are currently a mess command wise, late joiners get left out, people who just didnt read chat in time lose momentum, people dilly dally and do nothing. Add a clickable notepad icon on the HUD(like the oxygen toggle button) that displays current objective, written by the faction leaders, they could write current objectives, notes and areas of interest- so all faction players mobilize in one spot and maximize combat and coordonation
#Optimize faction coordonation- Add a HUD that displays the current objective

if you don't know what you should be doing you should just ask in the faction radio channel
thats if anyone replies. theres obvious disadvantages to that
actually cool, it may be tied up to a sechud/hardsuit/pda/etc
so it is not just 5g tower that sends objective into your brain
actually an implant it may be.
its up to the person leading the team to pay the most attention to the radio and catch people asking for instructions
don't take up the mantle of leadership if you're incapable of making sure your people understand what they have to do
Have you played factions? You never noticed how shitty and unorganized it gets very fast with late joiners? Thats my point. Cant reply to 5 late joiners just make a hud
yeah i have played factions, you are speaking to john sol
i raised tsf
This is a good idea; often times shifts go by with nobody higher up than a new fire team leader in rank, if that. Not to mention command being dead, mid combat, ect. I've seen several and regular instances of new awakeners just returning to cryo after minutes long lack of responses. Even when people are online, they may simply just not respond to questions (This happens regularly) in comms.
The entirety of a major faction's function should not be solely reliant upon if one player is afk or not
This would be great for not only factions but companies as well.
There have been a few times when MD sells medical insurance, but it’s kinda hard to coordinate who even bought it.
It would be nice if leader characters such as DOC, Overseer, and maybe someone on Camelot got access to something like this.
Issue with this is nobody ever listens or looks at the chat channel , you are typically ignored when relaying orders or saying vital information
I'm not sure about other DoC players but I personally keep a paper record & make sure to notify ERs if I see their rattle
That’s also kinda an issue, that makes the whole of medical revolve around you for the game and when you hop off it fell apart.
Not that that’s a huge problem, it was fun but I think it would be better if it was easier to track.
Even if it was something as simple as a text document that medics could see and the DOC could update would be great.
Anyone can ask for the record of policyholders
There's just no real convenient place to put the record
Like if we could construct bulletin boards
