Howitzer type shipgun sprites, 15$ USD

One of the #wanted-content things is a new bigg caliber shipgun, howitzer style. That fits Militia Ironworks vibe perfectly, so here we be.

Im thinking i want the design to be a modernized WW2 howitzer, one of the designs used alot. The British pounder series of guns is a great example for the look i be going for. Though if you find inspiration in some other ww2 artillery, feel free.

Prolly wanna ask fluffen how they want the gun to handle and balance and stuff.

I want the sound to be pretty strong and punchy, so you know is bigg gun.

If you one person wants to sprite while another does the YAML and sound, thats fine. il split the pay and pay each person 15$.

In general it feels less like you’re trying to make a compelling company and more so just trying to brand everything as “militia ironworks”

A prominent example being energy weapon MI ships… when MI is styled around being old-fashioned/industrial/ww1-2

I know, i thought about that... just i also know people really would want ships using the new guns, so i thought id just make an excepttion for 2 ships. With my thinking being that MI provided the chassis, with the weapons being put on by the company in the collab.

Im not intending on getting more lasery MI ships

To which colour do you think it would be good to change?

Try a dark green or like, dark bronze/brass color

Unsure if that works, brass colours all look terrible unless you mean bright bronze
