it's not exclusive to monolith
- only happens between 22K and 300K
- needs at least 5mol frezon and 5mol BZ
- produces 3mol of healium per 2.75mol of frezon and 0.25mol of BZ
- produces 0.9*temperature healium/s
- produces 3kJ of heat per mole of healium produced

i haven't checked the mono guidebook on healium, but on goob condensed healium is basically budget omni
and if you get more than 25u in you're system you're nigh unkillable

nitrosyl plasmide curbs the drowsiness effect
it however, won't stop the unconciousness effect
as in, the effect that acts like nocturine
stops chloral hydrate, not nocturine basically
you need to huff enough to cause tremors
once again, unconsciousness when there's at least 8u of healium
i don't know when goob decided to extend the effect to the unconsciousness portion but that is actually a really bad idea for balance when we're not bound by the station exploding into shards in an hour
Right now, you can use Nitrium to have a speed boost for a short amount of time and have to stim yourself with anti drunk meds to keep yourself combat capable.
And ontop of that you can add ~0.2 - ~0.5 hp regen every 3 seconds, which is worse than platelets and doesn't work when crit with Healium.
It's meh at most.
So not abusable.

the most we could probably do is raise the lower end healing rate so it's more potent but a can of healium chilled to frigid temperatures lasts a fucking AEON
