Make the colonel tacsuit have the same stats as the syndicommander suit the Vizier gets. Colonel Tacsuit literally just gets replaced the moment actual tacsuits are available because its worse.

The Col gets a worse version of the m-92x as their unique suit that they don't want to lose iirc
