Since individual companies and religions are considered minor factions, are we getting the like 8-10 factions that comprise The Syndicate itself as companies to work for in the like character loadout under companies? Or are they like not going to be that involved maybe? Or perhaps do you have something planned for them maybe?

The syndicate are dead and gone. Only remanants are left in the galaxy/universe. So it's likely the only thing more they may get in the future are a few more shuttles for their shipyard and maybe a shuttle gun or two
