You guys just need to pause and realize you all want a fun experience, and you all have a reason you love this place.

Just like a relationship, each person is their own complex jigsaw puzzle.

When you're trying to build something together, you've just poured everybody's individual "puzzle" into the same pile.

Now it's your job to try to put this new puzzle together as best you can. It will never fit perfectly, there will have to be compromises, and you will never be done trying to make it perfect.

At the end of the day though, it is the work of building it together that can form an unbreakable bond, and that is when you step back and realize just how far you have come as a team.
