i like the staff, but i feel sometimes that its empty in-game, but they're pretty chill in discord
and well the Ectoplasm incident, yea that kid had a big grudge on me because i was friend of Eagle and co.
Why do you want to be an admin, and what would you contribute to the team?

Well basically, I love Monolith, it's a basically newborn server, I would like to be part of the staff especially to ban annoying people, I know that now there aren't many reports of shitters but as we grow this is obviously going to be a problem, just look at starlight, it's practically a new server too and raiders end up getting banned every day, I'm open to the admins also guiding me on how to be a good newmin
If accepted, is there anything you'd like to change or improve about the current staff team?
For now, nothing. The admins get along well with the community and I don't see any problems and be there for the players when theres no admins online
What do you think is key to maintaining a good staff reputation?
good reputation comes from being fair and understandable. ill stay professional in conflicts, and communicate clearly with players while giving athem an example

A USSP ship collides with a civilian ship, CIV ask "why did you do that" and the officer wont respond, the CIV, without any response from the USSP soldier, responds by firing as a warning towards the USSP ship, then the soldier responds, without any RP or a try to clear the misunderstand, with greater firepower, cannons, missiles, etc. RDMing the civilian and destroying his ship completely, the ship was a Sabine and he bought it with what little was left in his bank account.
Two senior admins are publicly breaking community rules and arguing. The head admin is offline. What do you do?
tell them to take it to DMs or prob call the headmin to settle them down, i hope it never happens
You receive an ahelp about a new rogue-role player attacking others without clear reason. No prior notes on them. What are your next steps?
ill bwoink him with "do you know what are you doing?" if he doesnt respond or just says yea, i would freeze him at spot and ask him if he read the rules before engagin in combat, if he read them then you probably misinterpreted them, we follow a escalation code here, you gotta have a good reason to glass CIVs or mercs, and leave a note and if he has several negative notes, i would ban him for a few hours or consult with another admin.
