Port over AI Shells from Goob, however, with a slight change so it works properly with several AI's running around:
AI Shells do not start instantly. Instead, a AI must click on a cyborg with a Boris inserted in it to "Claim" it, then it can control it. This allows several AI's to exist at once without taking eachothers shells.
