Seems they aren't closed.
That being said, I agree we have basically no staff.
When I've had issues, I've had June (the headadmin) answer my issues, and I've had starch help me out.
I recent had a trial admin help me, but more often than not I have to figure it out myself.
Usually it's FTL issues where two ships become one.
