Plastitanium walls can't be deconstructed. That's kinda where the problem stems from.
They were never meant to be used for anything besides admemes and things meant to be next to indestructible, like nukie shuttles. There isn't even a way you can build them naturaly so obviously there's no way to decostruct them either.
They have 7500 health, breaching hammer has a comment in the code that says it takes a minute of wielded attacks to break a plastinium wall... which is probably the fastest without any kind of explosive
Where would I procure one without having to break into a TSF armory?
You can actually get the hammer on expends but yeah I get it. They just aren't meant to break easily so there is no easy way to break them by hand. Are you trying to get into a ship or something on a structure? If it's a ship you can ram(technically uses no guns) but if it's in the middle of something there really isn't anything but the hammer to take them out faster

I am trying to come up with a way to board without using obvious choke points like doorways. It's not only for PVP but also for things like sindie UIV and cache.
I tried explosives and the only type that provides results without uterly unreasonable payload investment is C-4

Well, I'd love to just get everyone on my team a hammer and just smash the wall in like 10 seconds but that's not possible

On monolith most guns do like twice the damage they do normally. You die so fast you'd be lucky to even swing once.
I know, I did the testing. Its a better option compared with most guns still because of the Stam crit

the diamond drill took about 5 and a half minutes.... so uh not viable
you can get it down to about 1:45 if you use the diamond tipped Exosuit drill, which is the same tech but you need a mech or 2 hands and a big slowdown
Hmm... this is unfortunate. So what I am left with is that I need to invent better ways of getting through airlocks. This is highly unfortunate because getting to an airlock on a moving ship is a no thrivial job.

Well, I'd have to try in-game too when I get a charge then.
Charges do work, the only issue is that I'll need several and there's no reliable way of getting them

It's not that I can't update it, I just can't start it.
It tells me that it cannot find some files, troubleshooting told me to reinstall NET, I did that, there's less files missing but some still are and it still doesn't start
Reinstall the whole repo, that's what I always do when it breaks.
It takes a while but it usually fixes it

And as far as I can tell I can just buy a server from their vending machine, natually after cutting a wire or two

they have like 6 times as much health i think on average
I think they are also completely invulnurable im some cases.
I wtched a rogue C-4ing a halcyon wall 3 times and failed to destroy it
Is this the case just for Halcyon or every station that you can spawn on?
This is a bit late but I just dug up an absolutely fascinating piece of information about the hammer. Apparently Mercenaries are supposed to have access to it, just not in handheld variant. The mercenary assault borg has breaching module with the hammer included. Maybe the hammer should just be in general access.

station walls are tough
like 50k+ hp
Yeah, which sucks huge ass. Plastitanium walls already severely limit your options unless you are rogue and station ones specificaly are efffectively indestructable. I was planning a baikal armory heist but since I can't actually get into the armory or anywhere close to it without going through doors it'll just be a regular old head-on attack instead.
