It’s not in this server yet but goob has cqc with grab intents. It’s works differently from ss13 though. There are no intent buttons, you have to grab someone then grab them again to grab aggressively. It’s a bit jank at times but there are items and ways to learn martial arts that make it viable in combat.
Like sleeping carp in goob makes you deflect all projectiles but you can’t use guns
And you do a lot of barehand damage
If you want this in game then make a bounty to port Goobstations Cqc system
