This would allow all shuttles to do expeditions. This would not give shuttles the expeditions computer by default, so they would have to acquire it as a flatpack still by some method (Maybe as a limited supply flatpack in the exped lounge like the iff computer, and/or as added to loot dropped from expeds. Or maybe its in tech too I dunno)

There's balancing issues about it and removing one of the last things mercs got aside from their unique slot would make it a bummer.
