SEVERE LAG SPIKES WHEN MOVING CURSOR

guys, has anyone else run into the problem when moving cursor causes severe lag spikes? (the higher mouse hz, the more lags)

• Press Win + R, type main.cpl, and hit Enter to open Mouse Properties.
• Go to the Pointer Options tab.
• Uncheck the box for Enhance pointer precision.
• Click Apply and see if it helps.
