okay i tried to summarize all the backstory we got from star-crossed world

paragraphs and images are in the same order
||the starries have existed since a long time ago, and they once crystallized someone capable of destroying the galaxy (specifically the "strongest enemy" in japanese, so probably galacta knight)

the starries likely also "embraced" fecto elfilis, one of two siblings of an invasive alien species, in the past

a legend about a meteor existed, its prophecy handed down as a poem in the forgotten land, though it was mostly forgotten and basically turned into a fairy tale

eventually, fecto elfilis invades the new world and gets captured, experimented on, and elfilin gets split off due to the experiments, leaving fecto forgo behind in the eternal capsule

the sinking of continents and existence of fecto elfilis cause people to believe in the legend of the meteor again

neichel was able to decipher the legend thanks to a dream. as their planet was becoming too small because of the sinking continents, the forgotten land people prepared to leave their planet. neichel wrote a song based on the poem to make people comfortable for when they left, and the amusement park wondaria was made with its outer space theming for the same reason. eventually the spaceship (possibly the lor starcutter or something similar) left, though neichel and some others stayed behind

fecto forgo begins controlling the beast pack, the popstar inhabitants get there, etc.

fecto elfilis's brother, genwel meteonelfilis, had seen the former failure of fecto elfilis's invasion of the planet, and decided to follow him by landing on the planet as a meteor known as the star of darkness, getting there during or shortly after the events of the main game. his plan was to land on the planet's last remaining continent, but the starries, who had him sealed in crystal, threw him off course, insteading having him land in the ocean and causing the fallen-star volcano to emerge.

||- Starries are children of the stars. They're born from gems and journeyed the galaxy crossing space-time. In their journey, they discovered the evil meteors that contain Invasive Species which could destroy planets and dedicated their lives as planet protectors, crystalizing themselves to seal the meteors and put them off-course. At one point in the past, they had also sealed Galacta Knight, the Greatest Warrior in the Galaxy who was capable of destroying it. (Fecto Elfilis, at some point, was also sealed by the Starries)

• A poem was passed down talking about the legend of the meteors, but no one could fully decipher it and was treated as a fantasy until the arrival of ID-F86 (Fecto Elfilis) and the sinking of the islands from its impact.
• Fecto Elfilis targeted the native wildlife to achieve its Perfect form, so that it could destroy everything on the planet. But before that happened, Lab Discovera's research countermeasure team had captured it and studied its spatial teleportation powers, which was the basis for the planet's warp technology.
• 30 years after the initial incident, ID-F86 gets split into two from a warp incident, which births the new specimen ID-F87 (Fecto Elfilin), made of its compassionate side. ID-F86 (now Fecto Forgo), back in a larval state, is left preserved in the Eternal Capsule as its body became unstable to maintain. ID-F86 became a tourist attraction for the Dream Discoveries Tour in Lab Discovera.
• Due to overpopulation and the looming threat of the meteors, the scientists started working on the Spaceship NEW WORLD, using the warp technology to go to a new planet, a land of dreams... The theme park Wondaria is constructed and a singer named NEICHEL writes WELCOME TO THE NEW WORLD! to encourage everyone to board the spaceship.

He began to speak a different language and began calling himself Leongar. He led the Beast Pack to capture foods and, when ID-F86's vortexes ran wild and brought people of Popstar to the forgotten land, also the Waddle Dees to power Lab Discovera.
