The description says the legend of the falling stars was once dismissed as nothing more than an old fable (this is likely referring to various different Dark Stars)… then essentially when Elfilis arrived that fable became a nightmare in reality. Next it says and then by taking hands of the former research countermeasure team, the Evil Dark Star descended upon the forgotren land.

The last blurb is essentially "Now, that the malice that has gathered, it has to be shattered and driven back!!"

The very interesting this is the line: そして、かつての研究対策チームの手をとり、邪悪な紫星は この星に飛来して来た.

Because it's vague but the meaning can be huge. そして means “and then”, かつての means “former” or “once existing”. 研究対策チーム means literally “research countermeasure team” (the science group that dealt with Elfilis when it arrived)

の手をとり means “taking the hand of” an expression meaning joined with, cooperated with, took advantage of, etc. so if you can read it as direct cooperation, took advantage of what they left behind or like because of the action of the research team, the dark Star came here (like cause and effect). I personally think that ||the Prophecy warns of the most common way a planet or its societies die; Meteor Swarm of Darkness, with small chance of Light. Void Termina's a specific case in which he wasn't supposed to be a meteor swarm but ended up being one in KSA.
But Genwel and Elfilis are their own species that somehow functions similar, and I don't think the orb thing is really that exclusive to Void Termina either, but it functions similar enough that the similarity cannot be ignored, they may nto be related but dealing with them is similar.||
