I already hold the belief that Elfilis is one of the heroes of yore, and since void kinda takes attacks and abilities from past final bosses/what was fed to it, it’s reincarnation taking heavy inspiration from one of the one’s who sealed it away makes sense (to me at least!)||

This is all speculation still ||but there’s heavy void references in that final boss theme and the heart form looks way too similar to Elfilis’ fetus form for this to be a complete coincidence to me||
