I can tell you this right now: The initial jingle is the same, but the bass synth and brass that are part of Inside the Cinema are there right afterwards in a section you wouldn't be able to hear normally until the song itself loops (and in most cases you won't because you'll be in and out of the cinema before it can play... unless you're Mario Karted hard)

They simply took the single course implementation of that BGM instead of the one from the transition like in Grand Prix or Knockout Tour
It's probably the only course BGM in the game as far as I can tell whose intro transition song has an additional part over its three-lap counterpart
