Normally she is an idol in universe but she is also a member of sumeragi’s special soldier group the falcons and that is her armed form which the bosses in this series take on using a device to use more of their power but without drawbacks here is what she normally looks like
Right is Lola copens ai assistant in her darkness mode
Lola during the events of gv2 accidentally becomes a adept with the super powerful muse septima which essentially can buff or debuff other adepts with songs in gameplay Lola is what is controlling copens special weapons obtained from bosses which means copen can use his buster and use a boss weapon at the same time in addition with high scores or if you really suck she sings vocal songs. The form there is a special weapon obtained halfway through which boosts power and ammo of special weapons in exchange for draining health and not being able to manually use them (it sucks) here is what she normally looks like both in normal and muse forms
