I found that an easy way to get reliable high combo counts on Hydriath would be to set up full charge deadly needles from the middle & then go to one side & unleash full upgrade charged fireballs.
Use the triple-dash for when he's on the ground (doing it when he's on the wall is a bit weirder to space & isn't always as worth it... if you get hit at all you basically risk losing your 2 main streaks for plat sooo...)
