I intended to do a single run with no resets for SA since I was already familiar enough with controls from RtDL DX but then I died three times, twice at the end on hyness

Anyway I didn't have any trouble with this in RTDL DX but the biggest problem for me in SA was my stick inputs not registering as dashes

Since I have it recorded my final run was like 18 seconds faster to Hyness than the first run but 2 seconds slower than the second run

Obviously you still have it in SA its just that your max health is lower
But it makes me play in a similar way where I go for heals when I'm like at like 35% health if not earlier
Compared to modern Kirby normally where I don't heal until I'm like 2 hits away from death

Tried Waddle Doo and Parasol duo, then forget about the " " fight, then falls victim combo charge attack (I thought jumping would save me ;-;), barely any hp during the void terma fight, get's hit twice on phase 3 becomes one hittable, phase 4 THEN DIES TO THE FLOWERY PELLET ATTACK .

So, I think you do the ground thrust and immediately press A (forget what the move is called when you cancel the ground thrust), and then a double jump? That's what it looks like, not sure if there's something else involved, I'd have to try it

there's no double jump included after the hi-jump

you have to at least be full sprint speed before the ground thrust -> pole jump to reach the height
like you can even just ground thrust -> pole jump -> quick fall -> ground thrust -> pole jump to do that
