Hate to say this, but if you didnt get the two Moxxi shinys before the updates back then, its broken for you. Gonna have to wait til GearBox patches those two. Happened to me. RIP

Moxxi guns were part of the game release. Then the updates broke em. Some people were lucky and got em before the first batch of updates, but rest of us are screwed.
