In order to dupe stuff, you just need to join another player… get a bit of lag/ping and double tap withdraw on the item in the bank. Boom 2 copies. 🫡

If the host is not from the same region as you. EST-pst that’s about all you need…. There are other ways… have other players go in bank and spam between withdraw/deposit. or have someone use infinite ammo and spam you with a rocket. Or you can initiate a download on your console/pc to add more strain on the system in order to create more ping.
