The ground slam is the protean cell perk it gives a boost to shock dmg which is the point of the shield zap kills

The shield has basically all legendary shield perks on it including protean cell

It's called direct current if you want to read it

Yeah shield only insta kills while it's not full

So ground pound helps with that since it drains shield and boosts zap dmg

the refilling time is no prob, but it just 1 pool at a time haha

Yeah if you want more pools then triple is the way to go

Multiplayer lag might mess with the cooldown too

Solo is perfectly fine

yeah the triple only kinda bug/take longer at the refilling from 1 to 2 ,but from 2 to 3 just in time.
