that's the one I use. Maxroll BL4 stuff is done by Moxsy and some other big content creators that actually play.

Amp Teen Witch builds like Chadly's Amp Witch and the Blood Shot Undead Eye builds like Moxsy's Bullet Witch have similar DPS. Though amp witch has more options for guns (kinetic locked instead of sniper locked)
