@split plank thats part of the circadia faction quests, starts with enter the electi chain. If you dont want to go through those I have the replay replayable quest if you need it

Its replayable though, you should be able to get the same echo from replaying the mission? If not I have an alt that hasn't started the chain that I can help you out if the reply option doesnt work

i dont think you can redo that particular quest where the echo log is from - ill search around and find out
