Its relative to what u got in ur stash. so u got like 4 of those and u see 2 are 3k DPS but one of them is 4.2K DPS well then 4.2 will be high DPS

It depends on the roll and the dmg each shot matters more then dps in most cases
Because dps is based on all stats mag size fire rate ect
