It drops pretty commonly out of the entirety of splashzones loot pool, most of my drops have been either firewerks or lead balloons but I think the traits are weighted too. Magazine booster by far seems to be the most common trait from my experience.

Definitely feeling it, it's the last thing I need for a build I've made.
