I have a fleet revolter lvl 1 or 72

If your running a dark army speed build it works similar to zane, breaking the revolter with driver and using something else like terror to apply extra damage and then switching to a 72 shield etc maybe optimal

I'd run a lvl1 revolter with ase apply terror & a nade that does terror fire rate & damage, once you reach top speed with driver then swap to your other gear

The way the DA works is the drones replicate your current gun damage when they spawn so having a vh like zane or amara who can gain dps via movement speed is the way this build works, they also replicate stuff like the revolter bonus & terror etc
