on top of that weapon damage type and elemental damage cant roll together

So mainly a bossing artifact. Better passive for one shot boos would be splash and heavy weapon damage. Because kick charger usually one shot boss mag size isnt mandatory like other set up.... so moove speed on last passive probably be the best
