LF: rare Victory Rush

Specifically, a Snowdrift Victory rush with two movespeed bonuses, the third stat can be whatever but if it could be mag size, reload speed, dmg, whatever lol the double movespeed snowdrift victory rush seems rare but would be soooo nice. Ill give whatever I have for it lol
