-artifact have 2 main part an 3 passive. Dont just request me a victory rush or an ice breaker, this isnt an artifact. Icebreaker+victory rush is.
-Company man have 3 main stat and 3 passive
-Class mod have 5 skill and 3 passive

...Farm class mod and artifact is a pain, feel free to request your perfect class mod or/and artifact for your favorite build.

Okay, basicly an artifact have 2 main part, the artifact and the ability. So if you request a victory rush you just reques me am half artifact... so i dont think you like it.

But usually on artifact splash and mag size are the best one, soo what the third

Same for bounthy hunter, feel free to check on loot lemon for skill allowed and passive but for beginning somethin like weapon, splash and splash radius already good. Indeed feel free to take time check passive than match with your playstyle

Did you check loot lemon for that ?
The effect you writed is a victory effect but you forgot the ability like flesh melter, ice breaker, snowdrift,....
On top of that if you check the stats pannel on the link i send you you will see all the allowed passive and the passive you request arent allowed.
But i have a better undertanding of what you search, let me cook you some victory rush and bounthy hunter.... ho french... ha bha oui sa va etre plus simple

Indeed all the gear i make are modded or eddited (like 95% true god roll coms or artifact find on discord, yt,reddit, everywhere...) but all are legit. And thats the point you dont understand legit isnt a point of view and nobody care about your opinion
