For example i have a stock 4 hellfire with 92.5% accuracy. But stock 5 has a significant accuracy boost. Yet i have yet to see a hellfire with an accuracy above 92.5%. Am i just unlucky or do stats cap at certain percents making reading just the item card a preliminary method of identifying a good roll rather than the end all be all

But this is whats most important

1. You have to be specced into moneyshot this setup abuses the hell out of it and you need to have a com that boosts moneyshot at the bare minimum

2. Mag size is the next biggest thing, the mag size of your world burn is the most important stat not its damage. This is because moneyshot scales off of magazine size so you need a high mag world burn

3. Your class mod matters a lot too, the best class mod would be a True Neutral Monk as it can boost both moneyshot by +6 and it gives your magazine size a sizable increase.

The magazine size max bonus for moneyshot says 10 but the game lies to you it actually caps at 12 for a massive damage increase

Relic: something that also boosts the damage of the world burn, something like bone of the ancients would work fine here too

Pimpernel - should be slag so you can apply slag without using nades but its fine if not. Use a good slag grenade like a crossfire or magic missile to apply slag if not

Shield - i use a rough rider to proc sals multiple skills that benefit off of having low/no capacity
