TVHM isn't much worse than NVHM. Harold will carry. If you're planning to play UVHM (playthrough 3) then it's advisable to do the main story and the least amount of side quests as possible so you don't go too far past 50.

Specter is the most annoying Knoxx class mod to farm

Because not only is the Mat3 passive the big one

All 3 skills on it are good as well

So having not having all 3 is a big hit

And the main enemies who drop it only spawn during a quest

Isn't there a way to farm the assassins repeatedly due to some bug that makes them spawn in a certain spot even after the quest? I seem to remember always getting one or two of the groups to always spawn well after I did the mission no?

You can respawn the first one but i think that’s the only one

The rest you have to read only to farm them
