oh and max Winning, more movement speed and shield is good
always gonna have full shield and hp so long as you keep moving (Leadership procs when you are out of range from your clones, so it despawns/"dies")

also I Never Miss doesnt really need to be 5/5 since enemies love going where ever they want or you can just miss like me
1/5 is fine in most situations
5/5 is like for speedkills really

Fuel the Rampage is useless if you are using Release the Beast as it resets the cd when used also without the skill, in combat, your action skill is already like 30s or so anyways since its cd is reduced from taking enemy fire passively

Burn Baby Burn only affects burn dmg, aka the DoT so its not that useful for a raid boss

Otherwise the skills looks fine I guess?
Nit picky, dont need more than 1 point in Thrill of the Kill as it basically full heals you with 50% overkill already
