Sometimes guns you have in your equipped slot, not in your inventory, will show a lower level. I think it is caused by gun skill.

Grog Nozzle, Fire Conference Call, Slagga
(Any slag grenade)
You'll need to run down and get near a little sand worm to build up your bloodlust stacks, use the slagga to obviously slag haderax. then once you get 100 stacks kill the sand worm to activate Bloodbath ( grenade or explosion kill or nova shield explosion) and light him up with your fire cc
Elemental Empathy and grog nozzle (if needed) will keep you alive due to your nova shield blasts
