All it does is that it allows bullets to bounce between targets when you are phaselocking something

Keep in mind: Bullets and During Phaselock

For the bug/exploit to work
All you need is to break your shield so Backdraft can kill the turret as BlueMew said with some kind of kill skill to stack

• Rabid Skags - Arid Nexus Badlands, max 15 skags around the first area near the fast travels

• Mick Zaford - At the end of the Clan Wars questline. The easiest farm, and drops the Maggie to make farming easier

• Mutated Badass Varkids - Have to have the Mighty Morphin quest active, and make sure you don't complete it

• Saturn - if you can get enough damage to make it consistent. Can be used to cap off a run of the rabid skags as well.

• Uranus - Easy legendaries while farming
