sal really has some divergent playstyles and its best to clearly stick to one or the other

Ok so, the guy I mentioned was looking for am easy and strong sal build. I hadn't suggested weapons other then stick with pistols, avoid bandit completely (understandable some bandit legendaries/unique are good, but for a first run of the game, I'm giving the most general applicable build advice). The reason I prefer inconceivable over filled to the brim is because having so much mag size is also counter intuitive to any money shot build. The SS I took wasn't my skills I run, but I made some edits to apply to a pistol build. Trust me, I don't run keep firing on my build at all. The mod I am using I also didn't recommend, I use it and other ttoadk mods to get my main hand to money shot full bonus with +6 to MS for when I pimpernel/rocket launcher dmg glitch so the rl can achieve a mag size of 12+ for full moneyshot on pimp.

Basically, both tier 1 mid tree skills are not good for money shot value, however I find the chance to have big money shot chains better then just a bigger mag, especially when in ffa while incon is at its peak

I'd assume graphics card issue. If you're on pc, press ctrl+win key+ shift+B. That restarts your gpu drivers. If console, restart. If it persist and you're on pc, google "how to clean install nvidia/amd gpu drivers", that will clear your gpu cache which could be causing this. However, (unusual about amd) but clean installing will reset your nvidia control panel settings/profiles, so make sure to screenshot everything before doing it so you can restore it

save mods somewhere not in mod folder, eg desktop, clear gpu cache and verify steam files, then launch vanilla bl2 to see if it happens

If it happens restore the mods in in intervals, eg if you got 10 mods restore 3x3x4 so you can isolate which one is causing it

Space cowboy imo, by the time it takes you to kill all the hyperion bots in the annex for the doors to open then the additional mobs if you've completed the main story quest, you could easily have already killed 15-20 from bebop if you move fast enough
