How in the live console?
For txadmin perms you add them through the admins panel.
And qbcore admin you add them to the server.cfg permissions section

Just remove the ban from the bans table in the database

See what your putting in the live console

Add that to your server.cfg

For tha ban, open your database and open the bans table and remove the row
