like i said I want to know WHERE to find the Standard houses/appartements where you can see the standard buy price and rent price, because i did look every where and there is NO CONFIG with the prices, only the inside parts stands inside the Config, so like i said where to find the file where the standard appartement/ houses are ?

And as said above, you have to create the houses using the /createhouse command.

i see but there is no Rent/buy price ? and can you also set off that people dont spawn with any appartement? so they do need by them self rent them?
