if we know who it is through can have a look there may be a network section in your vps hosting panel which will tell you the port thats open

Rocketnode VPS, then it's 30120 unless you asked for a specific one.
I know as I used to work for rocketnode

There's the issue

Remove the - 'at the beginning and the ` at the end of both lines

DONT TOUCH TOP 2 :

endpoint_add_udp "0.0.0.0:30120"

nothing before the endpoint basically just C&P

^^^ replace your top 2 lines with that, save and restart

theres a reason in the qb txadmin datapull it marks them as that and doesnt change it you have to change it yourself if the endpoint is different

Replace the 2 lines with this

find the line that says ENDPOINT_ADD_TCP < and change it to

endpoint_add_tcp "0.0.0.0:30120"
endpoint_add_udp "0.0.0.0:30120"
