I haven't used the traphouse in a while, from what I remember, you goto the interact point, open inventory, add the marked bills and over time it will become clean money which you can take out from the interact point

In Vietnam, they create marijuana harvesting zones where they can shoot each other to compete and occupy them. If their organization is large and strong, they will sell that marijuana to NPCs to earn clean money.
