You have to create to exclusion in the inbound and outbound screen for ports 30120 and 40120

So click inbound, click new rule.
And do it twice for UDP and TCP clicking allow connections, select the port option and put 30120, and name it 5m at the end

Install Himachi and just follow a tutorial on how to set it up on youtube
