Qbcore does work with the liberty city map, it just needs things changing.
So being stuck on the load screen must be a script error.
Check the live console when it starts for any errors

That what I thought and there was no errors or he got a bad map

then its a map issue, or the server doesnt have the specs to load the LC map, the LC map is more resource intensive than the LS map
