Do you have xammp or mariadb running? Well you should as it's required to even use the txadmin installer

Name it FiveM for example.
Click open.
Click your qbcore database on the left.
Then file and load sql
Find ps-mdt sql, Click open.
Then run the sql to load it into the database

What you want to do is click file, load sql, select the ps-mdt sql and run it
Then restart your server once done

You need to select the right database, then do what I said above.
I'm not retyping it for a 3rd time.
You can see which database is being used in your server.cfg.
Look for database connection string

This is what I do as well. Open xampp. Press 'start' on Apache (at the top), and then click 'admin' beside the SQL start button. It opens the SQL database instantly.
