Dose anyone know how I can make it so my jobs in my qbcore server is paid? I set the payment in jobs.lua and money in the job account but I am not getting paid where should I look to fix or do I need to collect my paycheck from somewhere?

You need to adjust your qb-core jobs.lua
Define the job there, also define the paycheck.
Look around that jobs.lua and how are default jobs defined, follow the hierarchy of the code and set the amount of payment as you desire
