1: HONK!: off the ball/ truck kun honks its honker at someone with the ball, scaring them into dropping it. On the ball/ same honk, still causing the same fear except it acts like a longer emporer dribble stun

2: MOVE _____ GET OUT THE WAY
On the ball/ truck kun runs someone over, immediately reseting them, kicking them to the lobby, then from the game, followed by a permanent ban
