implant either gives you a 15% buff on a specific category or gives you a skill thats either only useable without the ball or can get easily blocked and mine works 1/5 times and is pretty pointless in almost every situation

ngl remove the psycho meter debuff and buff mine to either be a guarenteed steal or make it block shots or make it tp to the ball if its on the ground and give implant another skill
