Snap is rarely useful. Most of the time two people will block you instead of one and you have to hold ball when using it leaving you vulnerable to a steal like jackpot.

well, as a tatlis main snap is kinda useless as if your about to shoot a 3 your gonna get swarmed and snap only targets one person, but if your about to block someone and the entire team gets hit by snap it would be very unbalanced. Just make it useable off the ball and i think thats good enough
