A meaningful upgrade wouldn't make it stand out, and an over-the-top upgrade would resort to nerfs.

This is why I say it needs a rework, an exaggerated improvement would be pointless and a mid buff would not be enough to compete with current styles.

It was definitely good in its time due to the lack of styles at the level, currently with the nerfs and new styles it is simply not a good option
