After every game the player should be presented with a menu with their teamates all lined up together where a thumbs up or thumbs down button would be presented next to their name.If a person thinks the player played well,tried their hardest,passed, they would give them a thumbs up.The opposite for the thumbs down. If the player has a good overall rating they should be rewarded with rewards (free spin,extra luck on their next spin,etc) and players with a overall bad rating should be placed with others with bad rating so their gameplay is ruined, forcing them to play well and with the team so they can play with good ppl.

and keep your good rating
